SHIPPING POLICY

 

Most orders placed before 1pm CST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1pm CST will be shipped the next business day. We ship Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. If you have a rush order and you miss the order deadline, please call us at 1.816.561.7407 and we will try and accommodate you as best we can. Order processing times can be as long as 48 hours for certain items or orders.

 

Shipping is free for all orders over $99 to all addresses in the United States. This includes AK, HI & APO addresses.  Express Shipping is $35. Please note that some addresses (AK, HI and very rural addresses) may take multiple days for Express Delivery. International delivery is $45 for Priority International & $30 for Priority International Canada. International packages ship using the best available shipping service. All methods of delivery are fully tracked and insured. Certain items have a fixed shipping cost and are not eligible for free shipping, these items will have the fixed shipping price displayed on the individual item page.

 

Shipping deadlines are not guaranteed. Delivery times are provided to us by the Carrier. We guarantee we will get your items mailed ON TIME, but we cannot guarantee USPS delivery times.

 

All Domestic Mail shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 14 business days, and all International packages will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 45 business days. If delivery or signature confirmation shows the package is delivered you will be required to work with your local carrier to determine the package whereabouts.

 

Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you do not provide us with an accurate address, neither the Bunker, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address.

 

We are not responsible for VAT that may be levied by your country upon import of your item. It is our experience that most customers do not pay VAT on our items.

 

Please be aware, we do not ship on weekends or official US holidays. We cannot honor Express shipping times on US Holidays or in the event of weather or disaster related closures, or half day operations.

 

Some brands place limitations on shipping. Brands that may not be shipped internationally include, but are not limited to: Vans; HUF; Birkenstock; Nixon;

 

IN STORE PICK-UP

 

Orders placed for in store pick-up will be ready within two hours if placed between 10am and 6pm CST (GMT-6:00). All orders placed outside of these hours will be ready by noon the following day. Please have your order number ready and inquire at the sales counter. Signatures and identification may be required at the time of pickup. Monday through Friday you may also call 816.561.7407 upon arrival for curbside pickup, curbside not available on Saturday or Sunday.

 

UNITED STATES

 

Domestic US orders will be shipped USPS Mail, UPS or FedEx. 

 

Orders placed using Express will be shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All orders will ship with one or two day shipping depending on what the carrier offers. Delivery normally takes ONE Business Day unless you are in a rural designation or outside the continental US.  Customers are responsible for checking delivery times. Please be aware, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Express mail is $35. It is the buyers responsibility to check with the shipper for accurate Express delivery times: 

 

CANADA

 

Canadian orders are shipped UPS or USPS Global PRIORITY INSURED mail (4-7 business days) for a $30 flat rate. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

International orders are shipped USPS Global PRIORITY INSURED mail (4-10 business days on average), or UPS Global (2- 10 days on average) for a $45 flat rate. We do not offer international shipping on all items or to all countries. Items ordered international for prohibited items will be canceled and refunded.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

 

Shipping deadlines are not guaranteed. Times are provided to us by the carrier. We guarantee we will get your items mailed on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.


Here is an example of USPS estimated shipping times. Most carriers have similar shipping windows.

When will I receive my package?
We will ship most items the same day that you place the order. After 2:00PM Eastern, your order will be shipped out on the next business day. This means that even if you choose next day air service after 2:00PM Eastern, the package will arrive 2 days later. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that we cannot cancel the order once your item has shipped.



RETURN POLICY

 

BunkerKC wants you to feel as good as we do with the purchase of your item. So, we offer a 90 day exchange and refund policy on most full price items purchased through our website. Footwear must be returned in 45 days.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow instructions below:

 

Please assure that the item is in original UN-USED condition (no exceptions). If the item has any signs of wear it will be returned to you, or you will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee. So please, do not use the item unless you are absolutely sure you are going to keep it. Certain items are ineligible for returns for any reason i.e. underwear; open socks; makeup and beauty products; etc.

 

E-mail us at info@bunkerkc.com within 90 days of receiving your item with the full name used at purchase, your order number (if possible), and whether you would like to return or exchange your item. We do not charge a restocking fee for our items, but you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Replacement items for order exchanges will be shipped once we have received the original item in new, unused, condition. You may also call us at 816.561.7407 to get a return authorization by phone.

 

SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE 90 DAY RETURN POLICY. SALE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

 

Opened socks and all underwear are final sale. These items may not be returned for any reason.

 

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of images on our website. We use images supplied by the manufacturer, but sometimes discrepancies arise between the images and the actual item, and all devices will display colors slightly differently. We will still gladly accept returns on items that you feel do not match the description, but we cannot be held liable for shipping costs or processing fees arriving from disputed images.

 

Return the item to us in the original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other material that came with the purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice that was enclosed with your order if possible. Any items that are returned incomplete are subject to a potential restocking fee.

 

ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO US IN A CRUSH RESISTANT BOX. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO US IN ENVELOPES OF ANY KIND...CONTENTS WILL BE CRUSHED (Items originally shipped in an envelope may be returned in an envelope, i.e. tees, sweatshirts.)

 

We recommend that you send the item insured to protect against breakage or lost shipments. If the item doesn't make it to us, it is your responsibility. Do not send your item back C.O.D., as it will be refused. We recommend using UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance.

 

We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns. For items originally shipped FREE, a small fee not exceeding (US)$8.00 may be charged for returned US orders. This covers our original shipping and handling costs. US Express Orders and International orders will be refunded the FULL purchase price of their item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE PROCESS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON WEDNESDAYS, WEEKLY. ITEMS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY, WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY, AND SO ON.

 

If orders are received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, the Bunker must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Delivery time is confirmed via USPS tracking information.
